Supervisor, Analytical Development

The Supervisor, Analytical Development will oversee and manage the analytical development team to ensure the timely and accurate execution of analytical methods and procedures. Responsibilities include supervising staff, developing and validating analytical methods for biologics and small molecules, reviewing and approving analytical data and reports, ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines (e.g., FDA, ICH), troubleshooting analytical issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to support product development and manufacturing.
