Junior Associate , Alternative Asset Opportunities

As a Junior Associate in the Alternative Asset Opportunities practice at Ropes & Gray LLP, you will work on a variety of matters related to alternative asset investments, including private equity, hedge funds, real estate, and other alternative investment vehicles.

Your responsibilities will include conducting legal research and analysis on complex regulatory and transactional issues, drafting and reviewing legal documents such as fund formation documents, investment agreements, and disclosure materials, and assisting with due diligence processes for investment transactions.
