Sr. Estimator

The Senior Estimator will lead the preparation of detailed cost estimates for construction projects, ensuring accuracy and completeness. Responsibilities include analyzing project plans, specifications, and other documentation to prepare time, cost, and labor estimates. The role involves reviewing and evaluating subcontractor and supplier bids, negotiating pricing, and developing comprehensive bid packages.
