岗位职责

Design and develop advanced RF analog integrated circuits for Samsung Semiconductor's next-generation products. Responsibilities include:

Architecting and implementing RF front-end modules, including low-noise amplifiers (LNAs), power amplifiers (PAs), mixers, and voltage-controlled oscillators (VCOs) for wireless communication systems.

Performing circuit simulations, layout optimization, and post-layout verification using industry-standard EDA tools (e.g., Cadence, Synopsys, ADS).
