Human Resources Officer

The Human Resources Officer will provide comprehensive support across various HR functions, including recruitment, payroll preparation, compensation and benefits administration, and HRIS management.

Key responsibilities include managing and maintaining staff information and records in the HR system, compiling HR-related statistics and reports, assisting in staff relations activities, and performing ad-hoc tasks as required.

Degree or Diploma holder in Human Resources or Hospitality Management.

2-3 years solid experience in hotel industry, preferably in Human Resources functions.

Well-versed in Employment Ordinance.

Good presentation, interpersonal and communication skills.
