Lead finance process improvements, ERP/SAP optimization, and automation initiatives while managing the monthly close, supporting audits, and partnering with business leaders to enhance cost efficiency and profitability. Oversee annual budget preparation, monthly management reporting, financial close processes, and ensure timely, accurate, and compliant financial reporting. Drive finance transformation initiatives, including ERP/SAP enhancement projects, process optimization, and automation to improve operational efficiency and controls.

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline. Recognized professional qualification such as HKICPA, ACCA, CPA, or equivalent. 12+ years of progressive finance and accounting experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
