PROPERTY OFFICER

As a Property Officer, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality property management services to landlords and customers. Your duties will include overseeing daily property operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and maintaining positive relationships with tenants and stakeholders. You will coordinate maintenance and repair activities, manage service contracts, and handle tenant inquiries and complaints promptly. Shift duty is required to ensure 24/7 coverage of property operations.

Degree holder in any discipline. Minimum 2 years' experience in Property Management. Good command of English and Chinese. Shift duty is required. Candidates with less experience will be considered for the post of Assistant Property Officer.
