PROPERTY MANAGER

Assist the site-in-charge in managing and overseeing daily operations of property and customer services to provide all-round property management services. Maintain good relationships with tenants by rendering prompt services at all times. Manage and monitor the performance of contractors, suppliers, and service providers. Handle complaints and emergency incidents. Support renovation or improvement programs when necessary.

Degree holder, preferably major in Property Management or other related discipline. Holder of professional qualification (e.g. MCIH, MHKIH, etc.) or eligible to hold the Property Management Practitioner (Tier 1) Licence.
