MAINTENANCE OFFICER

Lead the technical team to carry out routine and preventive maintenance for shopping arcade or commercial building. Oversee daily maintenance operations, ensuring all systems and equipment are functioning efficiently. Coordinate with team members to schedule and execute maintenance tasks, including inspections, repairs, and replacements. Monitor and maintain building services such as electrical systems, HVAC, plumbing, and fire safety equipment. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards. Prepare maintenance reports and documentation.

Higher Diploma in Building Services / Electrical Engineering or equivalent. Holder of Registration Certificate of Electrical Worker (Grade A or above). Minimum 5 years' in building maintenance of shopping arcade or commercial building.
