As an Assistant Store Manager at GreenPrice, you will play a key role in ensuring daily store operations run smoothly while supporting the team to achieve sales targets and maintain high service standards. Your responsibilities include: Ensuring daily store display, inventory, and cashier processes comply with company SOPs.
Managing on-site manpower scheduling to ensure efficient operations.
Assisting in achieving sales goals and monitoring key operational indicators.
Providing real-time coaching to Educators on sales techniques and product knowledge to enhance team capabilities.

Qualifications and requirements:
Form 5 or above education; retail store management experience preferred.
Strong leadership, sense of responsibility, organizational and communication skills.
Responsible, proactive, and team-oriented.
Shift work required, 5 days per week, approximately 9.
