岗位职责

Supervise a team of technical staff to execute daily repair and maintenance works, and monitor building E&M systems performance and energy efficiency.

Plan, coordinate, and review all repairing, maintenance, and upgrading works/projects.

Monitor and update maintenance programme implementation.

Prepare tender and specifications for repairing/maintenance works and services contracts.

Attend meetings with clients and handle emergency calls after normal working hours as necessary.

申请条件

Holder of Higher Diploma or above in E&M Engineering/Building Services (E&M)/Building Surveying or related discipline.

Minimum 5 years' relevant experience with 2 years in supervisory capacity.

Experience in handling repair & maintenance work for water cooled chiller plant is an advantage.
