The Senior/Floor Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the housekeeping operations to ensure guest rooms and public areas meet the highest cleanliness and quality standards. Key responsibilities include: Inspecting guest rooms and public areas after cleaning by housekeepers to ensure adherence to quality standards. Running sold room reports, verifying room status, identifying discrepant rooms, prioritizing room cleaning, and updating the status of departing guest rooms. Assisting Housekeeping management in planning and managing daily activities to ensure efficient operations.

Qualifications and requirements: Diploma or above in Hospitality Management is an advantage. At least 2 years of supervisory experience in a Housekeeping Department. Sound knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
