As an Assistant Concierge, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest services in the lobby. Your duties include warmly greeting guests, assisting with luggage and other items, supervising the daily performance of Valet Drivers and Bell Attendants to ensure smooth operations, and coordinating departure transportation.

Certificate in examination of education or related discipline. Minimum 2 years’ relevant working experience. Good communication skills and conversational in English. Neat and well-groomed appearance with a positive attitude. Able to speak, read, and write English and Putonghua.
