岗位职责
As a Headwaiter / Headwaitress at Harbour Grand Cafe, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional guest experiences and smooth daily operations.
Your duties include greeting and welcoming arriving guests, bidding farewell to departing guests, and handling all reservations and inquiries while maintaining an updated reservation system.
You will prepare the restaurant seating plan and assign tables to optimize service flow.

Excellent command of English, Cantonese, and Mandarin. Neat, pleasant, and well-groomed appearance. Relevant experience is highly preferred.
