Plan, coordinate and oversee repairs, maintenance, improvement and upgrading works for the property.
Prepare maintenance specifications, tender documents and evaluate quotations for service contracts and technical works.
Supervise contractors and in-house technicians and monitor workmanship, progress and site safety.
Ensure all technical works comply with statutory requirements and client’s expectations.
Assist in preparing preventive maintenance schedules and technical reports.

Degree or Higher Diploma holder in E&M Engineering/Building Services (E&M)/Building Surveying or related discipline.
Holder of Registered Electrical Worker Licence (Class B0 or above will be an advantage).
Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience, preferably in the field of property management.
