In a fast-paced environment, you will focus on customers with existing relationships with OneMain, handling servicing and collections for personal loans or credit cards.

Your primary responsibilities include effective customer communication and assisting customers through digital channels to resolve outstanding balances and maintain positive relationships.

Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Experience in collections or customer service is preferred but not required.

High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus.
