岗位职责
As a Student Solar Construction Intern, you will support GRID Alternatives' mission to make solar power accessible to low-income communities.
Your primary responsibilities include assisting with solar panel installations on residential and community buildings, ensuring safety protocols are followed, and learning hands-on construction skills.
You will work alongside experienced installers to mount solar panels, connect electrical components, and perform system testing.
Additionally, you will participate in site assessments, material preparation, and cleanup tasks.
