As an Apprentice Service Advisor at Mercedes-Benz Cambridge, you will learn skills that will set you up for life while earning from day one. Your primary responsibilities include: Customer Service: Greeting customers, understanding their service needs, and providing clear explanations of recommended work. You will handle customer inquiries, schedule appointments, and ensure a positive experience throughout the service process. Service Coordination: Liaising between customers and the service team to coordinate vehicle repairs and maintenance.

To succeed in this role, you should have: Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers and colleagues. A keen interest in the automotive industry and a willingness to learn. Basic computer literacy for administrative tasks.
