As a Graduate Trainee in the B4A Western Cape program, you will participate in an 18-month internship designed to provide hands-on workplace experience. Your responsibilities will include:
Supporting daily operations within The Building Company, assisting with tasks related to your field of study.
Collaborating with team members on projects to gain practical exposure to business processes.
Learning and applying industry-specific skills under the guidance of experienced professionals.
Contributing to team meetings and reporting on assigned tasks.
