Oversee retail operations including landlord relationships, sales, P&L, service quality, stock controls, security issues, staff training, coaching, and staff management.
Formulate and drive business development plans to achieve KPIs.
Provide assistance to senior management in planning, implementation, and evaluations of modifications to existing operations, systems, and procedures.
Drive product selection by providing advice on merchandising mix, pricing, sales performance, and market needs on product assortments.

Around 8 years’ relevant retail experience in fashion and streetwear industry.
Experience in managing a sizable team from multiple stores is a must.
Attentive to details, good numerical sense, interpersonal and people skills.
Able to work under pressure.
