岗位职责
Assist the Chief Steward in leading the stewarding team to maintain a clean, safe, and organized back-of-house environment.
Support daily operations of the stewarding department, including cleaning schedules, equipment maintenance, and inventory control.
Supervise the cleaning, sanitizing, and storage of all kitchen utensils, equipment, and serviceware.
Assist in monitoring pest control activities with external contractors and report any issues promptly.
Help ensure compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene regulations and standards.
申请条件
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in stewarding, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or team leader role.
Basic knowledge of chemical handling, sanitation guidelines, and hygiene management.
Good organizational skills and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
