As an Intern in Post Merger Integration Excellence, you will work alongside experienced professionals to support the seamless integration of acquired companies. Your responsibilities include: Integration Planning: Assist in developing and maintaining integration plans, timelines, and milestones to ensure smooth transitions post-merger. Cross-functional Collaboration: Coordinate with various departments (e.g., finance, HR, IT, operations) to align integration activities and resolve issues.

Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program, preferably in Business Administration, Finance, Management, or a related field. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
