As a Recruitment Consultant Trainee/Graduate, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle within a fast-paced consultancy environment. Your primary duties include:
- Sourcing and attracting top-tier candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and direct outreach.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
- Conducting thorough candidate screenings, interviews, and assessments to ensure alignment with client requirements.
- Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial contact through offer negotiation and placement.
- Collaborating with senior consultants to develop and execute effective recruitment strategies.
- Maintaining accurate records of candidate and client interactions using the company's CRM system.
- Meeting and exceeding individual and team targets for placements and revenue generation.
- Participating in ongoing training and development programs to enhance recruitment skills and industry knowledge.
- Contributing to business development efforts by identifying new client opportunities and supporting account growth.
- Staying updated on market trends, salary benchmarks, and industry developments to provide informed advice to clients and candidates.

- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently when needed.
