Compliance: Adhere to all regulatory and company policies regarding lending practices, including fair lending laws and data privacy.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with branch staff and management to share best practices, support team goals, and contribute to a positive work environment.
Professional Development: Participate in ongoing training and coaching to enhance sales skills, product knowledge, and career advancement opportunities.
