The Equal Employment Opportunity Specialist serves as the Alternate Dispute Resolution Coordinator (ADR) and performs highly technical work in support of diversity and employment opportunity programs at the facility. This position advises management on specific actions in support of affirmative actions and strategies for handling discrimination complaints.

Assisting the EEO Manager with planning, developing, implementing, and evaluating EEO and Affirmative Employment program activities.

Time-In-Grade Requirement: Applicants who are current Federal employees and have held a GS grade any time in the past 52 weeks must also meet time-in-grade requirements.
