As a Pastry Trainee at Grand Hyatt Barcelona, you will work alongside a team of highly qualified pastry professionals to develop your technical skills and professional knowledge in a luxury hospitality environment.
Your responsibilities include assisting in the preparation and presentation of pastries, desserts, and baked goods for the hotel's restaurants, banquets, and events.
You will learn to follow recipes and production schedules, maintain high standards of quality and consistency, and ensure all products meet the hotel's luxury standards.

Candidates must be currently enrolled in a culinary or pastry arts program or have recently graduated from such a program.
A passion for pastry and baking is essential, along with creativity and motivation to learn.
Basic knowledge of pastry techniques and kitchen safety is preferred.
