Engineering Internship

As an Engineering Intern, you will gain hands-on experience in the manufacturing industry, specifically within custom and closed die forging operations. Your responsibilities will include assisting senior engineers in designing and optimizing forging processes, conducting quality inspections, and analyzing production data to improve efficiency. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to support daily operations, troubleshoot equipment issues, and contribute to continuous improvement projects. Additionally, you will participate in safety audits, document engineering procedures, and help maintain technical records. This internship provides exposure to real-world engineering challenges in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, allowing you to apply academic knowledge to practical solutions.

Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and materials. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Ability to work in a physical manufacturing environment, including standing for extended periods and wearing personal protective equipment. Prior internship or co-op experience in manufacturing is a plus.
