Recruitment Consultant(Graduate/Trainee) - Uncapped Commission

As a Recruitment Consultant (Graduate/Trainee), you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle within a fast-paced consultancy environment. Your primary duties include: Client Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients across Engineering, Technical, IT, and Finance sectors. Understanding client hiring needs, providing market insights, and delivering tailored recruitment solutions. Candidate Sourcing: Proactively sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals. Building a robust candidate pipeline for current and future roles. Business Development: Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and client meetings. Expanding the consultancy's client base and market presence. Recruitment Process Management: Managing the end-to-end recruitment process from job briefing to offer negotiation and onboarding. Ensuring a seamless experience for both clients and candidates. Market Research: Staying updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor activities to provide strategic advice to clients and candidates. Performance Targets: Meeting and exceeding individual and team targets for placements, revenue, and client satisfaction. Working towards uncapped commission earnings. Career Progression: Actively participating in training and development programs to progress towards senior consultant and management roles within the company's UK and international expansion plans.

Qualifications and requirements: - Recent graduate or trainee with a strong desire to build a career in recruitment. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal. - Self-motivated, target-driven, and resilient with a proactive approach to problem-solving. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. - Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail. - No prior recruitment experience required; full training provided. - A degree in any discipline is preferred but not essential. - Right to work in the UK.
