As a Salesperson, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through proactive sales activities. Your primary duties include:
Client Acquisition and Management: Identify and engage potential clients through cold calling, networking, and referrals. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
Sales Execution: Present and sell products or services to clients, negotiate contracts, and close deals. Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify new business opportunities and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and opportunities in the CRM system. Track progress against goals and report on sales performance to management.
Collaboration: Work closely with the recruitment team to understand client needs and match candidates effectively. Participate in team meetings and contribute to sales strategy discussions.
Training and Development: Participate in full training provided to develop sales skills, product knowledge, and industry expertise. Continuously improve through feedback and self-learning.
Customer Support: Address client inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a high level of service throughout the sales process and beyond.
