As an Early Talent Program Specialist, you will take ownership of end-to-end early career programme delivery across multiple countries. Your primary responsibilities include:
Program Management: Lead and scale intern and graduate programmes, ensuring seamless execution from recruitment through onboarding and development. Coordinate cross-regional activities to maintain consistency and quality.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with regional teams, hiring managers, and external partners to align programme goals with business needs. Facilitate communication across different time zones and cultures.
Candidate Experience: Design and implement engaging experiences for early career candidates, including assessment centers, onboarding events, and development workshops. Ensure a positive and inclusive journey for all participants.
Data and Reporting: Track programme metrics, such as conversion rates and participant satisfaction, to identify areas for improvement. Provide regular updates to leadership on programme performance.
Process Improvement: Continuously refine programme structures, policies, and tools to enhance efficiency and impact. Stay updated on best practices in early talent management.
Compliance and Administration: Manage contracts, documentation, and compliance requirements for interns and graduates across different jurisdictions. Ensure adherence to local labor laws and company policies.
This role requires a proactive, detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced, international environment. You will be based in London with a hybrid working model, and the position is for a 12-month contract.

- Knowledge of recruitment processes and talent development best practices.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
