Staff Psychologist - Intensive Outpatient Program

【岗位职责】 在强化门诊项目（IOP）中为退伍军人提供全面的心理服务，包括进行诊断评估、制定个性化治疗计划、使用认知行为疗法（CBT）、辩证行为疗法（DBT）和创伤聚焦干预等循证模式提供个体和团体心理治疗；与跨学科团队协作协调护理、监测患者进展并根据需要调整治疗策略；参与危机干预、风险评估和为急性痛苦患者制定安全计划；为患者及家属提供心理教育；按照退伍军人事务部（VA）和监管标准维护准确的临床文档；参与项目发展和质量改进计划；监督心理学实习生（包括实习医生和见习学生）并参与教学培训活动；保持对强化门诊护理最佳实践的了解，并营造支持性、康复导向的治疗环境。 【任职要求】 具备心理学博士学位（如Ph.D.或Psy.D.）；持有或符合获得州心理学执照的资格；有在强化门诊或类似临床环境中提供循证心理治疗的经验；熟悉认知行为疗法、辩证行为疗法和创伤聚焦干预等治疗模式；具备跨学科团队协作能力；有危机干预和风险评估经验；能够进行临床文档记录并遵守监管标准；有监督心理学受训者的经验者优先；致力于持续专业发展和康复导向护理。

Applicants must meet all requirements within 30 days of the closing date of this announcement. Basic requirements include: (1) United States citizenship; (2) a doctoral degree in psychology from an APA, PCSAS, or CPA accredited program, with a specialty area consistent with the assignment (clinical, counseling, or clinical neuropsychology; school psychology is not eligible); OR a doctoral degree in any area of psychology plus completion of an APA or CPA accredited re-specialization program with an approved internship; OR a doctoral degree awarded between 1951 and 1978 from a regionally-accredited institution with a dissertation primarily psychological in nature; (3) successful completion of an APA or CPA accredited professional psychology internship program, or a VHA internship program sanctioned by the VHA Central Office Program Director for Psychology and the VHA Office of Academic Affiliations, or a full-time one-year pre-doctoral internship at a VHA facility prior to 1979, or current board certification by the American Board of Professional Psychology in a specialty area. All educational and licensure requirements must be fully met prior to appointment.
