As a New Graduate at Continental, you will contribute to the development and optimization of tire solutions that enhance mobility safety, intelligence, and sustainability. Your responsibilities will include: Product Development Support: Assist in the design, testing, and validation of new tire products for car, truck, bus, two-wheel, and specialty applications. Collaborate with engineering teams to analyze performance data and refine product specifications.

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field (recent graduate or expected graduation within the past year). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
