As an Associate Attorney at our collaborative litigation firm, you will play a key role in handling a diverse caseload focused on evictions, creditor rights, and civil litigation. Your responsibilities will include: Managing all phases of litigation from initial case assessment through trial and appeal, including drafting pleadings, motions, and discovery documents. Conducting legal research and analysis to support case strategies and client advice. Representing clients in court appearances, hearings, mediations, and depositions.

Qualifications and requirements: Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Active bar membership in the state where the position is located (or ability to obtain promptly). 0-3 years of experience in litigation, preferably in evictions, creditor rights, or civil litigation.
