岗位职责
As an NPI Intern at Avio Aero, you will be based in our Brindisi Plant and support the Senior NPI Industrial Leader in coordinating all industrial activities related to new product industrialization.
Your responsibilities include:
Assisting in the planning and execution of industrial projects to ensure timely and cost-effective product launches.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams (engineering, manufacturing, quality, supply chain) to align on project milestones and deliverables.
Monitoring and reporting on project progress, identifying risks, and proposing mitigation strategies.

Qualifications and requirements:
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Engineering (Mechanical, Aerospace, Industrial, or related field).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
