As a Step In Social Media intern, you will learn firsthand how we at Swisscom captivate our social audiences with compelling storytelling, cool content, and creative concepts. Your responsibilities include: Developing and implementing social media concepts with internal and external partners. Writing scripts for social media videos. Providing operational support for social media channels, including content coordination and community management. Monitoring current trends and identifying hooks to capture audience attention.

You are passionate about social media trends and understand what makes content engaging. You have strong writing skills for script development and a creative mindset for concept creation. Basic knowledge of social media platforms and content management is preferred.
