Scrum Master - 实习生

As a Scrum Master Intern, you will facilitate agile development processes and support the team in delivering high-quality products. Your responsibilities include: Facilitating Scrum Ceremonies: Organize and lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives to ensure effective collaboration and continuous improvement. Coaching the Team: Guide team members on Scrum principles and agile best practices, fostering a self-organizing and cross-functional environment.

Qualifications and requirements: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Basic understanding of Scrum framework and agile methodologies (e.g., through coursework, certifications, or self-study).
