Parts Apprentice

As a Parts Apprentice, you will learn all aspects of the parts department, supporting the smooth running of the business while developing your technical knowledge and customer service skills. You will work alongside experienced team members to gain hands-on experience in the motor industry. Your key responsibilities will include: - Assisting with the receipt, storage, and distribution of parts and accessories. - Learning to identify and locate parts for customers and technicians using inventory systems. - Supporting the parts counter by serving customers, answering inquiries, and processing orders. - Maintaining accurate stock records and assisting with stock control and inventory management. - Helping to ensure the parts department is clean, organized, and safe. - Developing product knowledge through on-the-job training and formal qualifications. - Collaborating with the service and sales teams to ensure timely delivery of parts. - Participating in training programs to achieve industry-recognized qualifications.
