Nord Network Internship in Collections Management

【岗位职责】 协助博物馆藏品管理部门的文档记录、追踪及艺术品移动工作；与资深员工紧密合作，更新并维护博物馆数据库中的藏品记录，确保对象信息的准确性和完整性；参与库存盘点项目，包括对存储及展示中的艺术品进行实物核查，并协助解决实物与数字记录之间的差异；协助准备和处理借展协议、进出借展文件及艺术品状况报告；与其他部门（如展览部和修复部）协调，促进艺术品的安全搬运与安装；参与藏品管理流程和文档标准的制定与改进；可能参与与来源、展览历史及对象历史相关的研究，以丰富藏品记录。 【任职要求】 注重细节，具备组织能力；能够在博物馆环境中协作工作；具备在大型艺术博物馆环境中获得藏品管理实践经验的意愿，包括艺术品处理、数据库管理和借展处理。

Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred. Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Interest in art history, museum studies, or collections management. Proficiency with database software and Microsoft Office suite. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to handle art objects with care and follow museum protocols. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
