SkillBridge Internship

As a DoD SkillBridge Intern, you will transition from military service into a civilian workforce environment while gaining hands-on experience in daily business operations. This internship provides structured on-the-job training designed to help you apply your military-acquired skills to a corporate setting. You may work with multiple departments to support operational workflows, customer interactions, data management, and process improvement initiatives. Your responsibilities will include assisting with day-to-day operational tasks to ensure smooth business functions, engaging with customers to address inquiries and provide support, managing and organizing data to maintain accurate records, and identifying opportunities for process improvements to enhance efficiency. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to contribute to various projects and initiatives, gaining exposure to different aspects of the business. This role is designed to bridge your military experience with civilian career opportunities, offering practical experience in a professional environment.

Candidates must be active-duty U.S. military members eligible for the DoD SkillBridge program. No prior civilian work experience is required, but applicants should possess strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills developed through military service. Basic proficiency with computer applications such as Microsoft Office is preferred. A high school diploma or equivalent is required; additional technical or vocational training is a plus.
