Candidates must be active-duty U.S. military members eligible for the DoD SkillBridge program. No prior civilian work experience is required, but applicants should possess strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills developed through military service. Basic proficiency with computer applications such as Microsoft Office is preferred. A high school diploma or equivalent is required; additional technical or vocational training is a plus.
