RN New Graduate Internship Program

The RN New Graduate Internship Program is designed to bridge the gap between academic training and real-world healthcare demands. Participants will engage in intensive clinical training, mentorship, and receive support from experienced healthcare professionals to prepare for a fast-paced hospital environment. Responsibilities include delivering exceptional patient care, applying evidence-based practices, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, and developing clinical skills under supervision. Candidates must be recent graduates from an accredited nursing program with a valid RN license or eligibility for licensure in Vermont. Strong academic performance, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to patient-centered care are required. Prior clinical rotations or healthcare experience is preferred but not mandatory. Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and adapt to changing priorities is essential.
