RN New Graduate Internship Program

【岗位职责】 参与强化临床培训、导师指导及经验丰富的医疗专业人员支持，为快节奏医院环境做准备；在监督下提供卓越的患者护理，应用循证实践，与跨学科团队协作，并发展临床技能；轮转不同科室以获取全面经验，参与模拟实验室，参加教育课程以提升批判性思维和决策能力；强调患者安全、有效沟通和专业成长，确保毕业生能处理复杂患者需求并促进积极健康结果。 【任职要求】 完成学术培训并符合RN新毕业生实习项目资格；具备将学术知识应用于实际医疗需求的能力；愿意在快节奏医院环境中工作；能够接受监督并积极参与临床培训、轮转和模拟练习；致力于患者安全、有效沟通和专业发展。

Candidates must be recent graduates from an accredited nursing program with a valid RN license or eligibility for licensure in Vermont. Strong academic performance, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to patient-centered care are required. Prior clinical rotations or healthcare experience is preferred but not mandatory. Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and adapt to changing priorities is essential.
