Loan Sales Specialist - Town & Country

As a Loan Sales Specialist, you will drive loan origination and sales growth by engaging with customers to understand their financial needs and offering appropriate lending solutions. Your primary responsibilities include: Customer Engagement and Needs Assessment: Proactively reach out to potential and existing customers via phone, email, and in-person interactions to identify their financing needs. Listen actively to understand their financial situations and goals, and recommend suitable loan products. Sales and Origination: Present and explain loan options, terms, and conditions clearly to customers. Process loan applications accurately and efficiently, ensuring all required documentation is collected and verified. Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets for loan volume and quality. Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals. Provide exceptional customer service throughout the loan lifecycle, from application to closing. Compliance and Risk Management: Adhere to all company policies, regulatory requirements, and ethical standards. Ensure all loan transactions are compliant with federal and state laws, and maintain accurate records. Market and Product Knowledge: Stay informed about current loan products, interest rates, and market trends. Continuously update knowledge of company offerings and competitive landscape to effectively position loans. Team Collaboration: Work closely with branch team members and other departments to streamline processes and improve customer experience. Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance skills and share best practices. Performance Tracking: Monitor personal sales metrics and adjust strategies to achieve goals.
