Apprentice Sales Advisor

As an Apprentice Sales Advisor at EE, you will be the first point of contact for customers, helping them find the best mobile, broadband, and tech solutions to suit their needs. Your primary responsibilities include engaging with customers in-store, understanding their requirements, and recommending products and services such as smartphones, tablets, and accessories. You will also handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive experience throughout the sales process. Additionally, you will learn to process transactions, manage stock, and maintain a clean and organized sales floor. Over the course of the 15-month apprenticeship, you will develop strong customer service skills, product knowledge, and sales techniques, working towards an NVQ Level 2 in Customer Service. You will collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and contribute to a welcoming store environment. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy interacting with people, are eager to learn about technology, and want to build a career in retail sales.

No prior experience is required, but a passion for customer service and technology is essential. You should have strong communication skills, a willingness to learn, and the ability to work as part of a team. Basic numeracy and literacy skills are needed to handle transactions and customer records. You must be at least 16 years old and eligible to work in the UK. A positive attitude and enthusiasm for helping others are key to success in this role.
