No prior experience in optics is required, as full training will be provided. However, you should have a strong interest in retail and customer service. You must be a proactive and personable individual with excellent communication skills. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and be willing to learn new skills. A basic understanding of mathematics and English is necessary for handling transactions and customer interactions. You must be at least 16 years old and have the right to work in the UK. A passion for helping others and a desire to pursue a career in optics are essential.
