Apprentice Sales Assistant

【岗位职责】 作为学徒销售助理，您将是门店的形象代表，确保每位顾客获得积极的购物体验。日常职责包括：问候并协助顾客，解答疑问，提供产品推荐以优化购物过程；与门店团队协作，维护整洁、有序且温馨的环境，包括补货、整理陈列、确保商品正确贴标和定价；操作收银机，准确处理交易，并根据门店政策管理退货或换货；支持库存管理任务，如接收货物、检查库存水平，并向主管报告低库存商品；参与团队会议，讨论销售目标、促销活动和顾客反馈。 【任职要求】 作为学徒，您将接受在职培训，以培养零售技能，包括客户服务技巧、产品知识和销售策略。您需适应快节奏的零售环境，同时处理多项任务，并在繁忙时段保持积极态度。您的角色对于营造友好高效的店铺氛围、促进回头客和客户忠诚度至关重要。

No prior retail experience is required, as full training will be provided. However, you must have a positive, can-do attitude and a genuine enthusiasm for working with people. Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team are essential. You should be comfortable with basic math for handling cash transactions and be willing to learn point-of-sale systems. Physical stamina is needed to stand for extended periods and lift or move merchandise as required. A commitment to punctuality, reliability, and following store procedures is expected. You must be at least 16 years old and eligible to work in the country. A passion for retail and a desire to build a career in the industry are highly valued.
