Graduate/Trainee Recruitment Consultant - Sales

As a Graduate/Trainee Recruitment Consultant in Sales, you will be responsible for driving the full recruitment lifecycle within a fast-paced consultancy environment. Your primary duties include: Client Acquisition and Management: Proactively identify and engage with potential clients through cold calling, networking, and market research. Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions. Candidate Sourcing and Screening: Utilize various channels (job boards, social media, referrals, and direct sourcing) to attract top talent. Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit. Sales and Business Development: Meet and exceed sales targets by presenting recruitment services to new and existing clients. Negotiate terms, close deals, and manage contracts to ensure profitable outcomes. Full Recruitment Cycle Management: From initial brief to offer acceptance, manage the end-to-end recruitment process including job posting, candidate shortlisting, interview coordination, reference checks, and offer negotiation. Market Research and Strategy: Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor activities to inform client and candidate advice. Develop and execute strategic recruitment plans to address client demands. Team Collaboration and Reporting: Work closely with senior consultants and team members to share insights and best practices. Maintain accurate records in the CRM system and provide regular performance reports to management. Continuous Learning and Development: Participate in structured training programs to enhance sales techniques, recruitment methodologies, and industry knowledge. Seek feedback and actively work on professional growth to progress into management roles.
