岗位职责
As a Junior/Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle within a fast-paced sales environment. Your primary responsibilities include:
Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients across Engineering, IT, Tech, and Finance sectors. Understand their hiring needs, provide market insights, and ensure high service delivery.
Candidate Sourcing: Proactively source, screen, and interview candidates through job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals. Assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit to match them with suitable roles.
Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and attending industry events. Generate leads, pitch recruitment services, and negotiate terms to secure new clients.
Sales and Revenue Generation: Manage the sales process from initial contact to deal closure. Work towards individual and team targets with uncapped commission potential, focusing on maximizing revenue through successful placements.
Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor activities to provide informed advice to clients and candidates. Contribute to market intelligence reports.
Administration and Compliance: Maintain accurate records in the CRM system, ensure compliance with data protection regulations, and handle all documentation related to placements, contracts, and invoicing.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with senior consultants and team members to share best practices, support each other on complex assignments, and contribute to a positive, high-performance culture.
Continuous Learning: Participate in full training programs to develop recruitment and sales skills, including negotiation, communication, and time management techniques. Receive ongoing coaching to accelerate career progression.
