Graduate Recruitment Consultant (Uncapped Commission)

As a Graduate Recruitment Consultant, you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle within the Engineering sector. Your primary duties include sourcing, screening, and placing candidates for permanent and contract positions. You will build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates, understanding their needs to ensure successful matches. Client Management: Develop and nurture client accounts by understanding their hiring requirements, providing market insights, and delivering tailored recruitment solutions. You will conduct regular client meetings and maintain ongoing communication to ensure satisfaction and repeat business. Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various channels such as job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals to attract top engineering talent. You will review CVs, conduct interviews, and assess candidates' skills and cultural fit. Sales and Business Development: Proactively generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and market research. You will negotiate fee structures and close deals to meet revenue targets. Placement and Follow-up: Coordinate interview schedules, manage offer processes, and facilitate onboarding. You will provide post-placement support to ensure successful integration and long-term retention. Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor activities to provide informed advice to clients and candidates. Administrative Tasks: Maintain accurate records in the CRM system, prepare reports on recruitment metrics, and ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.

Bachelor's degree in any discipline. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset. Basic understanding of recruitment or sales processes is a plus. Proficiency in using job boards, social media, and CRM systems. Excellent organizational and time management skills.
