As a Stage Accountmanagement HBO at Synsel, you will be responsible for managing and developing client relationships within the recruitment market. Your primary duties include: Client Account Management: Proactively managing a portfolio of client accounts, understanding their recruitment needs, and ensuring high levels of satisfaction. You will act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Talent Sourcing and Matching: Utilizing Synsel's proprietary AI tools to identify and match scarce talent with client vacancies.

To succeed in this role, you should have: Education: HBO (Bachelor's degree) level of thinking and working, preferably in a commercial or business-related field. Experience: Prior experience in account management, sales, or recruitment is a plus, but not required.
