Graduate Recruitment Consultant - Russell Group Graduate

As a Graduate Recruitment Consultant, you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle in a sales-focused, entry-level role. Your responsibilities include: - Building and maintaining strong client relationships through proactive business development and account management. - Sourcing and attracting top-tier candidates using various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking. - Conducting interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate suitability for client requirements. - Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial client brief to offer negotiation and placement. - Achieving and exceeding sales targets by consistently delivering high-quality placements. - Collaborating with team members to share market insights and best practices. - Staying updated on industry trends and market conditions to provide informed advice to clients and candidates. - Maintaining accurate records of all recruitment activities in the CRM system.
