As a Stage Sales HBO at Synsel, you will be responsible for driving sales activities within the recruitment market. Your primary duties include: Client Acquisition and Management: Identifying and engaging with potential clients, building strong relationships, and managing the sales pipeline to secure new business opportunities. Candidate Sourcing and Matching: Utilizing our proprietary AI tools to source and match scarce talent with client needs, ensuring efficient and effective placements.

To be successful in this role, you should have: Education: Currently pursuing a HBO (Higher Professional Education) degree, preferably in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Sales Aptitude: Strong interest in sales and recruitment, with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
